The accommodation

The villa is built right next to another one. It is a lovely house that has a swimming pool next to the living room windows. The barbeque area is located at the back of the house, where you will be able to have lunch or dinner during your holiday. In addition, this area is connected to the swimming pool as well. So, this is definitely a fantastic and comfortable place to spend your summer holidays.

Moreover, the swimming pool is provided with a terrace with beach umbrellas and deck chairs, where you will be able to relax and enjoy the warm weather of the summer months in Menorca. You can also find the dining room next to the terrace, which is also a lovely and sunny area.

The villa has two separated floors, downstairs you can find: a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room and a garage. And upstairs: a bathroom and three double bedrooms; one of them with a balcony, and the other two with great countryside views.

Setting

The villa is located in Addaia, a holiday resort in the north of the island. This area is known by its beautiful nautical harbour. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area.

In order to gain access to Addaia, the best way is to rent a car. However, there are also other ways to get there, such as taking a bus or a taxi.

In its surroundings, you will find anything you need: a supermarket, restaurants, tennis courts, shops, golf courts, places to rent cars or boats and also Arenal d'en Castell beach, a beautiful beach which is located two kilometers away from the house.

Activities and attractions

Boat hires, tennis court, golf court, beach sports, restaurants and pubs with live music.

It's recommended renting a car to move. You can get to the capital, Mahon, in about 20 minutes, or get to Fornells, a beautiful fishing town located in the biggest bay of Menorca. In there, you can practise any water sports and taste delicious lobster, even tough is not affordable for everyone.

Menorca is a small island, it's about 50 km long and 20 km wide, so you can travel from one side to the other in just one day, and be back home in Addaia in the evening. Then, you can order food in a very good restaurant located in Arenal d'en Castell called “Flamingo”, and have dinner in the villa while you swim in the pool during the sunset.
