The accommodation
Typical Menorquin house, completely renovated and south facing so it has sunlight all day. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, utility room, toilet, large living room with wood stove, a single room (extra bed: optional), bathroom and a double room with double bed. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a terrace of 20m2. The exterior features a 35m2 furnished terrace, barbecue area, washing line, garden with lawn, private parking and a garden with seasonal foods that you can enjoy for free. The whole property is fenced to increase privacy. Due to its characteristics and location it’s ideal to spend a few days off in summer and winter.
Setting
The house is located in the village of Pou Nou between fantastic cycle routes and walking paths. The area is largely agricultural and very very quiet, but having the great advantage that the nearest town is 1 km away and the capital of the island and beaches are at less than 4 km.
The nearest beaches are Cala Rafelet, S'Algar Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binissafuller.

Amazing!
A wonderful house in a quiet area, where you can disconnet and relax. Ideal with children, they can play outside. It has all the necessary things that you need, it is a wonderful house very clean and owners are very friendly. They gave us some vegetable and fruits from the from the garden's house. It is near Sant Lluis where you can go by bicicle, that they provide you! We enjoyed a lot the stay and for sure we will repeat it! If you are thinking in going Menorca we recommend these finca, you will stay as home!
Perfect for a family
We rented Pep Lluis house the first week of July. It was really great ! The house is cute and clean, you have all the equipment for a baby, there is a kitchen garden where you can get some vegetable and fruit (with the help of Pep Lluis Uncle, very nice) and some eggs from the hen-house! He left bicycles for us, with child seats on it. The house is really calm, the garden very pleasant and beaches are not far with your car. By the way, don't rent a big car because the road is not large. We loved our week in this house!
