The accommodation

This ground floor apartment with an interior area of over 90 square metres and an exterior area of around 80 square metres is ideal for 4 people or a family of 4 who want to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is located in one of the most sought after urbanisations in Fuengirola, called HIGUERÓN WEST. It is within walking distance to the Higueron Hotel, 1.5km to the Carvajal train station and 2km to the Carvajal promenade.

The apartment is very spacious and has 2 large bedrooms with a double bed of 180cm and two single beds of 100cm. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a small private terrace of approximately 20 square metres, which is protected by a metal fence. There is a second bathroom with shower in the hallway.

The kitchen is open to the living room and forms a unique space, it is complete and lacks nothing, such as electrical appliances. There is a small island with a fireplace for cooking and stools. This is the ideal place to have breakfast or to prepare some dishes for your guests, while they enjoy themselves in the spacious living room with a dining table for 6 people. The lounge has a sofa, armchairs and a 60' TV.

From the living room you have access to a large covered terrace with quality furniture and a garden of approximately 60 square metres. There are sun loungers for sunbathing in the garden in complete privacy.

You will have access to several communal swimming pools on site if you wish, as well as Higuerón West's sanitary facilities. Higuerón West has a wide range of facilities. The sports club occupies a large area of 12,000 m2 and has a state-of-the-art gymnasium. The award-winning Nagomí Spa is dedicated to beauty, wellness and relaxation. There is a wide range of dining options, from cafes to bars and restaurants. With the exception of the resort's outdoor swimming pools, all activities are subject to a charge. Prices can be checked on arrival at the Club Reception.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 and check-out is by 11:00 in the morning. Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is 60 EUR extra and after 22:00 is 100 EUR extra. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
