The accommodation

Welcome to a spacious duplex for 8 guests near the iconic Sagrada Familia.This bright two-level apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and location. Just a few minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia and the charming Avinguda Gaudí, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

On the ground floor, you’ll enter a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing your favorite meals. The dining space features a large glass table, perfect for gathering with friends or family.

The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, an armchair, poufs, and a large Smart TV with Netflix and internet access. From here, you can step out to a small private patio with a cozy outdoor area.

Also on this level, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there’s a snug alcove with a trundle bed for two, and a second bedroom with a double bed. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

Thanks to the nearby Sagrada Familia and Monumental metro stations—less than a 5-minute walk away—you’ll have easy access to explore all of Barcelona.

Apartment rules:

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

Please respect the neighborhood’s peace and quiet. Authorities may retain part or all of the deposit in case of disturbances.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine between €50 and €250 may apply.

Pets under 10 kg are welcome upon prior request, with an extra fee of €20.

The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Disabling the device or exceeding the noise limit may result in a fine of €50 to €250.

Bath towels provided in the apartment may not be used at the beach. Failure to comply will result in a €12 charge per towel.

Check-in and fees:

Regular check-in: between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Late arrivals:

8:00 PM to midnight: €30

After midnight: €50

From 1:00 AM onwards: €10 extra per additional hour

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30





In compliance with local regulations, we are required to verify your passport or ID at the time of check-in.

Barcelona tourist tax:not included in the price. It costs €6.25 per person per night.
