The accommodation

This is a beautiful and bright two-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms (wardrobes and beds for 6 people), 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), and a toilet. It has a front patio and a back garden with a private pool and barbecue grill. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall connected to the living-dining room with access to the garden and a hallway that leads to a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed (135cm), and the kitchen, which also opens to the garden. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the first floor, where the other three bedrooms are located: one with two single beds (80cm) and two with one single bed (105cm) each, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet.

The house is very well-maintained and inhabited by its owners in the winter. It is rented out during the summer months of July and August, fully equipped, including towels and sheets.

Setting

The residential area is in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature and next to a playground. With no traffic and plenty of parking available, it is well connected: a 10-minute walk to the bus stop and the Molino Viejo road, 7 minutes by car (3km) from La Barrosa Beach, and 10 minutes by car (4km) from downtown Chiclana.

In Chiclana and its surroundings in Cádiz, the summer is enjoyed at beaches like La Barrosa, with water sports and boat trips. The area offers attractions such as the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park for hiking and birdwatching, as well as exclusive golf courses like those in Novo Sancti Petri. Additionally, festivals like the Concert Music Festival 2025 and the Flamenco Route enhance the leisure offer with live music and Andalusian cuisine.
