Security and privacy

The villa is equipped with external surveillance cameras to ensure the security of the property. The cameras are placed outside and record exclusively for security purposes, respecting your privacy inside the villa.

Arrival after 8:00 PM

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, check-in is possible with an additional 50€ fee if you arrive by midnight. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can arrange your welcome.

Included services

Bedding and towels are included in the price, as well as the possibility to request a free crib and a high chair (subject to availability).

Pets

Pets are welcome! The fenced garden allows your four-legged friends to enjoy the stay safely.

House rules

To respect the tranquility of all, please avoid excessive noise during the night. The villa is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Recycling and waste disposal

Please respect the separate waste collection rules and follow the instructions on the specific days for putting out the garbage. All necessary information will be provided in the villa.

Check-out

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time so we can prepare the villa for the next guests.

With an area of 130 m², it provides an ideal space for families or groups of up to 8 people, allowing you to enjoy all comforts in complete privacy.

Indoor Areas

The villa has 3 elegant and spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and one with separate beds, ideal for families. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share another bathroom. The living room, bright and spacious, includes a dining area and a sofa that can be converted into an additional double bed for more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes.

For your entertainment, the villa offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

Outdoor Areas

The outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco, with a charming view of the private garden. The garden is large, fenced, and secure, ideal for families with children or those traveling with pets. You can also enjoy an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after a day at the beach.

The villa also offers two private parking spaces, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
