Smoking: No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Parking: Park only in designated spaces.
Security: External cameras for property protection.
Check-in: After 8:00 PM and until midnight, a 50€ fee applies.
Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Do not use for the beach.

The villa is equipped with external surveillance cameras to ensure the security of the property. The cameras are placed outside and record exclusively for security purposes, respecting your privacy inside the villa.

Arrival after 8:00 PM

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, check-in is possible with an additional 50€ fee if you arrive by midnight. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can arrange your welcome.

Included services

Bedding and towels are included in the price, as well as the possibility to request a free crib and a high chair (subject to availability).

Pets

Pets are welcome! The fenced garden allows your four-legged friends to enjoy the stay safely.

House rules

To respect the tranquility of all, please avoid excessive noise during the night. The villa is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Recycling and waste disposal

Please respect the separate waste collection rules and follow the instructions on the specific days for putting out the garbage. All necessary information will be provided in the villa.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time so we can prepare the villa for the next guests.
