Casetta Stampace is a delightful open space in Stampace, a quiet neighborhood.
Upon entering, you access the living area with a kitchenette, alongside a double bedroom and a single bedroom that are partially separated from the rest of the accommodation (open at ceiling level), and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Casetta Stampace is located in the Stampace neighborhood, one of the four historic districts of Cagliari, right in the city center of Cagliari, just a few minutes' walk from all amenities.
Less than 200 meters away, you will find the nearest bus stop to get around the city and to reach the beautiful Poetto beach; there are markets, a pharmacy, shops, bars, pastry shops, places for aperitifs, pizzerias, and restaurants.
Less than 600 meters away is the train station (with direct access to the airport), city buses, and extra-urban bus services.

Churches and monuments just a few minutes away.
You are in the neighborhood where the Church of Sant'Efisio is located, from which, on the first of May, the procession of the Patron Saint departs towards the small Church of Nora. It is one of the most important festivals in Sardinia and one of the longest processions in Europe (about 65 km).
On the morning of May 1st, the Saint is paraded through the streets of the city center accompanied by traccas (carts) and about 5,000 people from all over Sardinia wearing the traditional costumes of their villages!
