The accommodation

It is located in a private residential urbanisation which has a communal area with a large swimming pool for adults and another one for small children, with lifeguard. Nice garden area shaded by trees and illuminated at night. Very close to everything.

It has 3 floors plus semi-basement dedicated to leisure area with pool table, dartboard, table and chairs for board games, sofas and area to watch 42’ TV. Books available on request.

Ground floor with large living-dining room and 40’ TV, kitchen-office with everything you need and one of the two BATHROOMS available in the house, with bathtub and hairdryer. The living room communicates to the EAST with the entrance patio to the house and to the WEST with the interior patio that gives access to the common area.

The entrance patio is furnished with a table, armchairs and a 3,5 x 3,5 mts. parasol, very pleasant for midday aperitifs and outdoor snacks.

The other large interior patio, which leads to the common area (gardens, swimming pools and play areas) is also furnished with a modern butane barbecue, extendable table for up to 10 people, armchairs, sun lounger, plants and another round table with its corresponding armchairs. The main central table is protected from the sun by a pergola of 4x3 mts. and the round table by an umbrella of 3 mts. in diameter. In this patio there are also 2 small storage rooms with a hose for watering and cupboards for gardening tools etc. .....
