Modern, fresh , new , bright, Sea view, internet wi-fi, smart TV ,golf garden, BBQ, private parking, big garden，being finished in 2017.The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.The furniture is stylish and excellent quality.There is a piano in the living room.The main accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The popular local Cumbre Del Sol beach , called Moraig is only 1 km away.
There is a huge 65'' smart TV on the wall . The best feature of this house is probably air conditioner system , where every room can be adjusted by required temperature. The furniture is stylish and good quality, fitting the modern feel of the house itself. Huge floor to ceiling sliding windows are overlooking the pool terrace with private pool. Behind the house is an interesting garden , made into very little '2 holes' golf garden , excellent for golf training. The gas BBQ area is set on the side of the house but close to the outside kitchen.
