The accommodation
Three-bedroom apartment, large living room, separate kitchen, and a full bathroom. All rooms face outside and are very bright. It’s very well insulated and has Wi-Fi.
It’s on the second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable. The building is very quiet, with no neighbors.
It is a seasonal rental under an LAU contract, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. No daily cleaning service or any hotel/tourism service is provided.

The location is perfect. It’s just 100 meters from the beach, and you can see the sea from the window (if you lean out). It is located on the main street of Zarauz, with all services, a market, shops, and restaurants right next door.
