In this villa, you can comfortably stay with 8 people due to its living area of 225m2, consisting of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, 3 renovated bathrooms, one of which has only a toilet and washbasin, 1 large kitchen, living room with dining area, and 2 covered terraces that can be fully opened. At pool level, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker as well as a Dolce Gusto, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also plenty of cutlery and crockery available.
A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available.
There is an option to rent bed linen for €35 per person per stay.
Vlaanderen TV is available and WiFi is throughout the house.

HOUSE RULES

Welcome to holiday home Villa Felicidad.
This house manual outlines how we would like you to treat the holiday home and its inventory. We have established a few rules and hope you will find them agreeable. By following these guidelines, you help us continue providing top-notch service to you and other guests in the future. This house manual is designed to ensure you have a pleasant and trouble-free stay.

Please adhere to the house rules below. We wish you a pleasant stay!

Tips and Rules

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Furnishings

Please do not move furniture between rooms, as this can cause unnecessary damage and wear to the furniture and walls.
We have provided comfortable outdoor furniture. Therefore, we ask that you do not move the indoor furniture outside. You are welcome to dine outside and use the dishes and cutlery.
Oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer should be left clean and empty by the tenant.
All dishes should be done before departure. We also ask that you empty the dishwasher and return everything to the cupboards.
Don't forget to remove or take your brought groceries. Trash bags should be disposed of in the designated containers.
When leaving the holiday home, whether temporarily or at departure, make sure all windows and doors are securely closed and the air conditioning is turned off.
House Rules
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home. If smoking in the garden, please dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray.
Dogs are allowed upon consultation. Waste should always be cleaned up.
Respect the planting in the garden.
Do not start a fire in the garden.
Always consider the neighbors' rest.
10. Damage. Inform us as soon as possible. Call us if you need assistance. Our phone number is +34 690 161 665, so we can quickly resolve any issues. We are also available for questions about the house, trips, or other inquiries.
11. No one intentionally damages items in the house. However, accidents can happen, and we appreciate it if you promptly report any damage so that we do not discover it only after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, as they should also enjoy a comfortable vacation. Tenants are liable for any damage caused by them, co-tenants, or guests. Costs for such damage will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, we will refund your deposit.
12. The owner is not responsible for incidents in and outside the holiday home. The tenant is liable for all loss/damage to the holiday home, garden, and furnishings (inside and outside) resulting from actions or negligence by you or third parties present in the house with your permission.
