The accommodation

This new independent suite with kitchen is located in a residential building, very quiet and excellently located.

The space has been recently renovated and equipped with all the necessary comforts for those who have to spend a work stay in Barcelona.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, WiFi, air conditioning and heating. It has a divan with an excellent mattress that acts as a bed and can eventually also be converted into a double bed.

Additionally, the closet space is quite generous.

Setting

It is a few meters from the Les Corts Metro Station (L3- green line) where it connects directly to Estació de Sants, which is the city's main train station with high-speed trains and connection to the airport.

The Nou Camp is just 200m away and the upper part of Avenida Diagonal is less than 100m away and with it, access to the tram and multiple bus lines.

El Corte Inglés, the Ia Illa Shopping Center, are part of the very close commercial offer in an environment that is not only residential, but also contains a lot of business, university, sports and hospital activity.
