This one-bedroom ground floor apartment has two single beds that can also be a made as a double and a double sofa bed in the sitting room that could accommodate a couple with small children.

The apartment has an air conditioning unit and a modern ceiling fan in both the lounge and bedroom.

From the living room you can enjoy the uninterrupted stunning view over the sea and from either sofa. There is Wi-Fi and an IPTV system for UK channels and Spanish TV channels.

The private terrace is complete with furniture for al fresco dining and sunbeds to soak up the rays listening to the lapping waves on the seashore from the comfort of your own terrace.

Las Ventanicas Beach is literally 1 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bus stop directly across the road. The apartment is one minute walking distance from several restaurants and bars. Who needs a community pool when you have the biggest swimming pool across the road in the Mediterranean Sea!!!
