The accommodation

Splendid newly renovated apartment, located in Marilleva 1400, just steps away from the ski slopes, equipped with a private locker for ski and boot storage and a covered parking space. It is the perfect place for a winter holiday, and in summer, it's an ideal spot to enjoy nature and engage in all kinds of outdoor sports.
The apartment, approximately 60 square meters, is on the first floor of Residence Copai 3 (without an elevator but with convenient stairs). It consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a single bedroom, and a double bedroom. There is an outdoor area/garden in front of the entrance door.
Bed linen (including mattress cover, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases), duvets and pillows, and bath linens are provided for your convenience.
A hairdryer is also available for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
A tourist lease agreement will be required.
Directly beneath the apartment and within the residence, there is a covered parking space.
The residence is just a few meters from the ski connection slope leading to the Albarè lift.
In front of the apartment, there are two restaurants/pizzerias where you can taste Trentino specialties and wood-fired pizza, with takeaway service available, as well as a small supermarket.
In the immediate vicinity, during the summer, there's a children's playground nestled in nature, BBQ areas among the woods, and trails leading to mountain huts at higher elevations (such as Rifugio Orso Bruno, Malga Orti, etc.) or the beautiful Lake Caprioli.
