The accommodation

Spectacular villa in Portocolom for 8 people with access to the sea, two swimming pools and spectacular sea views.
We enter the house and find the hall with a beautiful staircase that takes us to the upper floor, a spacious living room with excellent decoration and divided into two areas, one with the sofas and the television, and the other with a large white table. dining room. From the dining room we have access to the upper terrace where there is a dining table and great views of the sea. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful white furniture, on the main floor there is also a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, we find 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a complete bathroom with a shower.
On the 0th floor, there is a living room with a summer kitchen, barbecue, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with a shower and a sauna.
The lower terrace where the summer pool is, surrounded by hammocks and a large table all in white, is located on the rocks and has direct access to a cove, below the terrace is the spa area (extra service) where is the indoor pool, which is also a jacuzzi, a small gym, a games room and a bathroom.
The house has satellite TV, Wiffi, air conditioning and heating.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic location.
Cala Marçal beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
Portocolom has a large number of restaurants of different styles, although fish and seafood restaurants stand out such as Ca'n Bernat (450 meters away), Es Boccoi, Ses Portadores, Sa Llotja... Portocolom is also an ideal place to do sports throughout the year as it has a large number of sports events, among which the Portocolom international triathlon stands out. Running, cycling, windsurfing, diving, golf (the Vall d'Or course is 4 kilometers away), swimming or simply walking are many of the activities that can be done in this beautiful natural port.

Setting

Our guests will have access to the outdoor pool and all rooms of the house except for the sauna and spa area, which are contracted separately. In addition, our home located right in front of the sea has a private and privileged access to the cove that is just below the house, being able to go directly to the sea from this same access. In the basement our guests have a barbecue, ping pong table, a large table to celebrate good meals and a laundry area as well as a bedroom and full bathroom.
On the first floor they have a large hall, living room and dining room area, large and complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a complete toilet. ON this first floor they have two terraces with direct access to the outdoor pool and magnificent views.
On the second floor there are 3 full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them with sea views..
