It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events
Any damage to the house will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the entire accommodation.
We ask you to have controlled use of running water, electricity and air conditioning, the environment is everyone's business.
The minimum age of the main guest must be at least 25 years old.
