This charming apartment blends history, comfort, and modernity in a space designed to make you feel at home. Located in a historic building from 1905, it boasts high ceilings, large windows, and a privileged location overlooking the vibrant Plaza Easo.

The apartment features three quiet bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable 140 cm beds (two of which are 2 meters long), wardrobe racks, individual fans, and bedside tables with lamps. The third bedroom also includes a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for relaxation. All bedrooms face inner courtyards, ensuring a peaceful rest after a day exploring the city.

The living-dining area is the heart of the apartment – a spacious and bright space that combines functionality and style. From the study desk in the bay window, you can enjoy views of the plaza while working or unwinding. You'll find a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a modern 50-inch Smart TV (2024 model), perfect for movie nights.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, 3-rack dishwasher, and washing machine. It also offers all the essentials for cooking, from a Nespresso and Italian coffee maker to basics like coffee, tea, oil, and vinegar.

The two full bathrooms are designed for comfort and thoughtful details, featuring spacious showers and toiletries such as hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover kits.

The building has a zero-step entrance and a small elevator (fits up to 3 people). The apartment is on the second floor and has a small step at the entrance.

The Plaza Easo is a special spot where local life thrives. In summer, the plaza is bustling with activity, surrounded by bars, butcher shops, bakeries, and local supermarkets. From here, you can stroll along the river to the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd and the Old Town or walk just 10 minutes to the iconic La Concha Beach.

The neighborhood has all the services you will need for your stay, supermarkets such as Carrefour Express or Eroski City, as well as local shops of a lifetime such as butchers, greengrocers, clothing stores, bars and restaurants, great pastry shops such as Geltoki, Aramendía or OgiBerri or pharmacy around the corner.
