The accommodation

Two bedroom flat with communal pool only 3 minutes from Torrecilla beach and close to the Balcon de Europa and Nerja town centre.

It consists of one bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobe. Living room, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with the basic utensils for a good holiday in Nerja.

Perfect accommodation to enjoy the beach and the sun of Nerja.

The swimming pool is open during the summer months.

Check in is from 16:00h and check out until 10:00h.

You receive the flat clean, with one shower towel per guest, bed linen and a roll of toilet paper. The price does not include change of sheets, extra cleaning or replacement of toilet paper, you can request it extra low cost and subject to availability.

COMMUNITY RULES
1. Animals are not allowed in the common areas
2. Do not leave rubbish in the common areas, take the rubbish bags out to the street after 10:00 p.m., and deposit it in the garbage cans in the street.
3. Do not make noise, respect the sleep of the neighborhood.

HOUSE'S RULES
1. Animals are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
3. Turn off the air conditioning, lights and chargers when you leave the apartment.

Located in the center of Nerja 3 minutes from the Torrecilla Beach and one minute from a variety of restaurants. The Balcon de Europa is 5 minutes walk away. It is also close to the bus stop.
