The accommodation

La diMosa is a charming 100 sqm attic apartment located in the heart of Dro.
Situated on the third floor of a historic building with a spacious entrance and staircase, the apartment blends the charm of the past with modern comfort.
On the ground floor, guests have access to a private, locked bike storage equipped with a bench, coat rack, and sink – perfect for cycling enthusiasts.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and features:

A living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge.
Two bedrooms: one double and one twin, convertible into a double.
A large sofa bed in the living room with a comfortable 18 cm mattress.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, bidet, and washing machine.
The kitchen-living area includes a small balcony offering views of nearby houses and glimpses of the mountains surrounding the beautiful town of Dro. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and moka.
Relax in the living area with a 55” Smart TV.
For convenience, the apartment provides two free parking spaces next to the entrance. Access to the property and private parking is via a lane measuring 2.10 m in height and 2.70 m in width (at the narrowest point).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT HOURS:
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (for late check-in, access codes for self check-in will be provided).
Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Towels and bed linens are included, as well as final cleaning in the booking price.

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties in the apartment.

CITY TAX:
€2/night/adult (14+ years) for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, to be paid in cash at check-in, along with any additional charges.

CHILDREN-INFANTS:
They are welcome. The apartment provides a travel crib and high chair free of charge upon request. However, bed linens or blankets for the crib are not provided.

PETS:
Pets are not allowed.

TIMES:
Check-in from 4:00 PM to no later than 8:00 PM.
After 8:00 PM, access will only be allowed via self check-in.
Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Towels and bed linen included. Final cleaning included in the booking price.
TOURIST TAX: €2/night/adult (14+ years), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days of stay. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in, along with any additional charges.
Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an extra fee.
Additional cleaning service during the stay (upon guest request): €60.00/service.
Additional bed linen and towel change (upon guest request): €20.00/set of towels + bed linen.
Pets are not allowed.

La diMosa is located in the center of Dro and offers a beautiful view of the urban fabric and the mountains surrounding the town.

Dro is a strategic spot in the Alto Garda area. Within minutes, you can reach both the Castle of Arco and the Castle of Drena. Just steps from the apartment, the Sarca River flows alongside the Sarche-Dro-Arco-Torbole/Riva bike path.

The convenience of guaranteed parking right in front of the house entrance is another valuable feature of this apartment, allowing you to start any outdoor activity directly from the property without moving your car.

Outdoor activities and sports are highly appreciated, including mountain biking, rock climbing on cliffs and walls in the area, trekking, and base jumping from Monte Brento.

Dro is one of the oldest municipalities in the Sarca Valley, nestled between Lake Garda, Lake Cavedine, and Lake Toblino. Slightly higher up is Drena, a mountain village of prehistoric origin shaped by Roman and medieval influences.

Carved stone doors, towers, arches, and irregular alleys tell the long story of Dro and Drena, two towns rich in culture and architecture. Notable attractions include Castel Drena with its battlemented tower, the deconsecrated Church of Saints Sisinio, Martirio, and Alessandro, the Guaita Tower in Pietramurata, the Roman bridge of Ceniga, and the Church of Sant’Abbondio, where a vow made in 1630 to escape the plague is still honored.

Dro is surrounded by orchards and vineyards, producing renowned DOP plums and Trentino’s Vino Santo. The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, is entirely dedicated to guests, and is not shared with anyone else. Access to the apartment is via a spacious internal staircase, which also leads to the private, locked bike garage reserved exclusively for guests.
The apartment includes two parking spaces in the lot next to the house. It is important to respect the designated spaces and not encroach on others' property.
