The accommodation
Upon your arrival, I will welcome you and accompany you to a bright, well-furnished, and impeccably clean apartment. The Pelèr13 apartment is located on the first floor of a building and covers an area of approximately 55 sqm. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and the living room features a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub-shower, and there is a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The apartment also offers a washing machine with a drying rack and air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The apartment has a large balcony with a table, chairs, and a motorized sunshade with a remote control, allowing guests to enjoy meals outdoors or relax. There is a reserved covered outdoor parking space right in front of the building entrance, which is equipped with an elevator. The Pelèr13 apartment offers TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi. On the -1 floor of the building, there is a private box/storage for the Pelèr13 apartment, where guests can store bicycles or sports equipment and charge e-bikes. In case of late check-in, guests will be provided with a temporary access code to the building and a second temporary code for the security box containing the apartment keys. Among the advantages of the Pelèr13 apartment, its location just steps from the beach and the historic center of Riva del Garda stands out, as well as the bike path that connects Riva del Garda to Torbole, Arco, Dro, and Trento. Our guests will feel at home: ideal for small groups of athletes, families with children, or couples seeking a relaxing vacation. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is wheelchair accessible via the elevator, but the bathroom is not suitable for people with disabilities.

take care of the apartment and its contents, leaving it exactly as you would like to find it next time;
not leave any kind of trash inside the apartment; it can easily be separated and disposed of in the designated communal bins located outside the building, next to the entrance gate;
not bring bicycles into the apartment;
not use the BBQ on the balcony;
not organize parties in the apartment.
Smoking inside the apartment, bringing bicycles, using the BBQ on the balcony, and organizing parties in the apartment are strictly prohibited.

Bicycles are not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony; guests have access to a dedicated and lockable bicycle storage room located on floor -1 with direct access to the outside.
Setting
You can access Apartment Pelèr13 by elevator or by stairs, the apartment is located on the first floor. The reserved parking space is inside the parking area, closed by an automatic gate. Since it is necessary to wait outside the gate to welcome you and show you where to park, it is also essential to inform and update us on your exact arrival time in advance.
Activities and attractions
The building where Apartment Pelèr13 is located is in a strategic position in Riva del Garda: immediately outside the city center (reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot), 400 meters from the beaches of Lake Garda, and 300 meters from the convenient Blu Garden shopping center, where you can find a large supermarket, a pharmacy, several shops, a Neapolitan pizzeria, and various restaurants offering Italian and international cuisine. Pelèr13 has a reserved private parking space on-site.
