On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, decorated with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for moments of leisure. The dining room provides a cozy environment for group meals, and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious dishes. Outside, the leisure area features a BBQ and an outdoor dining table, ideal for enjoying the mild Algarve climate. The pool, currently under construction, will be available to guests in the summer of 2025.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: two with a double bed, a suite with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a common bathroom with a bathtub.

The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, ensuring comfort throughout the year, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Villa Sunny Joy also offers two private parking spaces, as well as public rotating spaces nearby.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (although there may be flexibility in the low season).

Group security deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €175 per person.

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
