The accommodation
Cosy penthouse in the historic centre of Jaca. With WiFi. Completely refurbished in 2023. Very bright. With a fantastic open-plan loft open to the living-dining-kitchen area where you will have a warm space for reading, working or playing games, as well as two beds. Work area with table, chair and monitor.
A double bedroom en suite with a double bed of 1.50 m and a private bathroom.
A double bedroom with two single beds of 90.
Open plan lounge-dining room kitchen, with sofa chaise longe, a large table for 6 people and a complete kitchen (vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, ...).
Individual gas heating.
Air conditioning in the attic area, living-dining room.
We have a storage room where you can store bikes or skis.
At your disposal washer-dryer in the laundry room of the building (free).
The location is unbeatable, in the old town, 150 metres from the main street and all the bars and restaurants, but at the same time it is a quiet street, accessible by car (not pedestrian) and with free parking.
NO SMOKING is allowed

Activities and attractions
We are located in the old town of Jaca, a city with more than 1,000 years of history.
A short walk will take you to the most touristic areas of Jaca, such as the main street, the cathedral square, the citadel or the ice palace.
Nearby you will find a supermarket, a bakery, various shops, and all the typical bars and restaurants of the historic centre of Jaca. The cathedral, the citadel and McDonalds are only 5 minutes walk away.
The street where our flats are located has NO regulated parking, so if you can find a space, it is a good place to park (FREE). The Ice Palace car park (also free) is a 5 minute walk away.
