The accommodation

Excellent apartment in the center of Ericeira with 70 m², 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine. washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.
It also has a balcony, wifi, hairdryer, iron and parking in the condominium's closed garage (extra cost not included in the price of accommodation).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is located in a condominium with elevator, swimming pool (ONLY OPEN FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30), barbecue and tennis court.
It is located 300 m from the beach and about 50 m from the center of S. Sebastião where you can find a supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue and several other stores.
Ideal for those who want a vacation without having to get in the car.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
