High quality new two bedroom apartment in Riverside, the newest development in Benahavis. Close enough to walk to the village, and a short walk to the sports facilities. The apartment has a great terrace with a nice view towards the village and over the large communal pool and sunbathing area. The apartment is on the top floor, and has a good sized terrace, accessible from both the lounge and the bedrooms. The view is south facing with the river on one side, the village on the other and an outlook over the pool area with the natural hillside behind. The property is on one level with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one is en-suite. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms have electric shutters. The terrace has a comfortable sofa area, perfect for relaxing under the big shades. Lounge has an L shape sofa with a TV with international channels and streaming services, the apartment has a fast fibre internet connection. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer

Guest access
Guests can park in the underground parking area, a remote will be provided for the garage door. They can access the apartment via lift or stairs from the garages. When on foot, guests have a key to open the pedestrian access gate from the street. Access to the complex is only via key or remote, this means the area is very safe.
