This is one of the main tourist centers of the Costa Cálida. It is located next to the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea and is known for its fishing tradition, its healing muds and its salt flats and sandbanks. It also has magnificent beaches, among which the Playa de La Puntica (2 km), the Playa de La Mota (2 km) and the Playa de La Llana stand out.
It offers all the necessary services of an urban area, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, shopping centre, etc., combined with an infinite number of beaches and rest areas and activities within walking distance. In addition, it has good bus and taxi connections just a few metres away and good connections by road and motorway.
The nearest hospital is the General University Hospital of Los Arcos del Mar Menor (6 km), and a few minutes away we can find the Lo Pagán Medical Centre. It also has airports such as the International Airport of the Region of Murcia (30 km) and Alicante (54 km).
