Surrounded by a large garden and swimming pool for exclusive use, the villa is composed as follows:
Veranda with swing, table and garden chairs;
Kitchen also equipped with dishwasher, wood oven and barbecue;
Living room with 2 double sofa beds;
3 Double bedrooms;
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds;
3 Bathrooms (one without shower).
AVAILABLE COMFORTS: Private swimming pool, Baby cot and high chair (on reservation), Outdoor shower, 3 private parking spaces inside, Barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet, Washing machine, Dishwasher, 3 Air conditioners, Television, Beach umbrellas.

NOT allowed pets;
Semi-detached villa with PRIVATE swimming pool for exclusive use. Instead, upstairs there is another apartment that will not be able to use it.
SWIMMING POOL operating from March to mid-November;
Tourist tax is paid at the property € 0.50 per night per person;
Bed linen and towels are extra and you can rent them or provide them yourself (rent € 15.00 per person).
A security deposit of € 900.00 will be required, returned on the last day if the house is intact;
CHECK-IN: from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Check-out: by 10.00 am.
