The accommodation

The structure, active since the beginning of June 2024, is located in the quiet and residential Appio Latino district.
The period of the rental for tourist use is from a minimum of 1 (one) to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. The entire apartment is available to guests, is located on the 4th (fourth floor), is served by a lift and consists of two rooms: i) a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and kitchenette; ii) large bedroom equipped with a double bed size 160x200, memory mattress. The bathroom is inside the bedroom. The maximum capacity is 4 beds (2+2). Baby cot is also available. Outside the living room there is a small terrace with a wide and panoramic view of the Appia Antica park (Caffarella valley, mausoleum of Cecilia Metella, circus area and imperial palace of Maxentius).
Possibility to use the following extra services for a fee: i) guarded parking on the ground floor of the structure; ii) shuttle from Fiumicino airport at a cost of 60 euros.

Setting

The structure is also connected to the historic city (Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Palatine Hill, Capitoline Hill, etc.) by bus number 87. The bus stop is near the entrance to the building. The structure is a few steps from the entrance to the Appia Antica park and at the height of the II (second mile) of the Appia Antica. The distance to the Colosseum is 3.7 km, The bike rental is about 100 meters from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are: self-service, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, grocery stores, fruit, supermarkets, McDonald's, etc. Street parking is free.

Activities and attractions

The structure, in addition to being adjacent to the historic center of Rome, is connected by bus and subway. In fact, it is a few steps from the Metro A stop / direction Anagnina - stop "COLLI ALBANI - PARCO DELL'APPIA ANTICA".
