The accommodation

In the heart of the Peneda-Gêres National Park, on the banks of the Caniçada reservoir, the “Casa do Bairro da Veiga” is the perfect place to relax. You have private access to a beach at the lake. A few steps further on, you have access to the public beach “Ipanema”.
With a fantastic view from the living and dining room, this cottage has a room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a private garage and a terrace with garden furniture, a hot tub and a barbecue. The house is fully equipped with all necessary household appliances, bed linen and bath towels. In the kitchen you will find a microwave oven, a glass cook top, electric oven and a small fridge. In the living and dining room you have a fireplace and air conditioning.
By car: The boat harbor is 5 minutes away, 3 minutes to the “Water Park Gerês”, 8 minutes to the thermal baths “Termas do Gerês”, 8 minutes to the pilgrimage site “São Bento da Porta Aberta”.
