Welcome to our charming Studio, ideal for relaxing holidays or business trips! Located in the heart of Estômbar, Municipality of Lagoa, this space offers comfort and convenience for all types of travelers.

Our studio is compact but well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a small seating area and a functional kitchen. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or working. The warm decor creates an inviting and peaceful environment.

Check-in Instructions/Information
It is with great pleasure that we are preparing everything to welcome you to our property. To ensure that your check-in goes as smoothly as possible, please read the following information:
• Check-in times: Check-in takes place between 4pm and 9pm. Any change to this time requires prior confirmation/authorization and an additional charge of €25 will apply, especially for arrivals after 9pm.
• Personal Data: Your personal data and information will be requested for better processing of the reservation and communication between the parties.
• Security deposit: A security deposit of €100 for apartments and €500 for villas will be requested at check-in. This amount will be returned at check-out after checking that the property is in good condition. If the deposit is paid in cash, it will also be returned in cash. If payment is made by ATM, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 6 to 8 days of check-out.
• Tourist tax: A tourist tax of €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged at check-in. This fee applies to all persons aged 13 and over.
