The apartment is located very close to the main hospitals: Quirón, Miguel Servet, Infantil..., Romareda football field, Zaragoza auditorium, University and Labordeta park....
It is also very close to the tram stop that will take you to the city centre in a very short time. There are several bus lines nearby to go to the AVE station or to the centre.
In the surrounding area you can find many shops, bars and cafes.
