The accommodation

The apartment renovated and furnished with attention to detail. It is located on the fourth floor, of five, of a building with private internal parking. It is composed at the entrance of a small living room with TV and with quality furniture "Le Fablier", a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed and quality bedside tables "Le Flabier", a wardrobe in style with dresser and smart TV. Then there is a second bedroom with a double sofa bed (with electro-welded base and 17 cm mattress) and a wardrobe to store suitcases and clothes as well as a small chest of drawers. A large kitchen with a central table, with smart TV, large refrigerator, electric and microwave oven hob, dishwasher and coffee pod machine (the first breakfast in a pre-packaged kit with payment of supplement). The bathroom with double sink is equipped with a hairdryer, a hydromassage tub (activated on request with a supplement) with a shower and toilet and a personal courtesy kit. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, access to Netflix, a washer-dryer, a clothes horse, an ironing board and an iron, pots and pans, dishes, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, and household cleaning products. Throughout the apartment, the chandeliers and ceiling lights are from the “La Murrina” glassworks. Guests will find a handbook with the house rules and for all appliances it will be possible to frame a QR-Code with the smartphone that leads to a video tutorial showing how to use them. Cleaning and linen change service are included for stays of at least one week. Balance payment upon arrival in cash, by credit card and debit card. All credit cards are accepted. The apartment is located in a condominium complex and is just a few meters from the center and in the area there are all the services, bars, tobacconists, hospital, minimarket, pharmacy, Catholic place of worship, state police station, courthouse, post office and some bank branches. All these places are within a radius of 300 meters and can be reached on foot. The train station is about 700 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. A free parking space is provided for guests arriving by car inside the assigned condominium.
