The accommodation

Spacious three bedroom flat, brand new, fully equipped with free wifi so you can meet the needs of work if you need it. Views of the sea and the Serra do Barbanza in all rooms. The privileged natural environment in which we are, rural fishing village and nestled in an area of special environmental protection, ensures, tranquility and enjoyment in perfect harmony with nature. We are just a few metres from the beach and all our spaces are open on all four sides to the natural landscape that surrounds us. Less than 10km away is Porto do Son, located between the Muros-Noia estuary and the Arousa estuary, with a wide range of activities and services, one of the municipalities of the Barbanza peninsula with the greatest tourist potential.
Surrounded by more than 30 kilometres of coastline, including the Natural Park of the Corrubedo Dunes, it offers endless possibilities to enjoy nature, the sea, tradition, our historical and cultural heritage, adventure sports and water sports, our customs and seafood cuisine. There is a wide range of possibilities, from water activities: surfing (several schools nearby), windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, sport fishing, diving, snorkelling. There is an extensive network of signposted hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. You can also go climbing in Castro Baroña. As well as visits to places of great natural interest, see the lagoons of Xuño, S. Pedro de Muros and the waterfall of Ribasieira.

You will be accompanied by the magic of Castro Baroña (BIC), the presence of Monte Louro, and the power of Enxa. You can visit the landscapes of "Mar Adentro" and "Fariña" on a pleasant walk along the Furnas beach, where the comfortable wooden path of several kilometres will take you to the bird observatory of the lagoon or to... the lively atmosphere of the beach bars.


Possibility of craft workshops in the area. Interesting places to taste the local gastronomy concentrated around the harbour area of Porto do Son.

Guests are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence. Guests are not allowed to engage in annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities.

SILENCE TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 24.00 PM to 09.00 AM We thank you for your cooperation in this matter, and hope you understand that these rules are necessary for coexistence. The facilities will be kept in perfect use, each object in its original place, in case of any damage to the facilities this must be communicated. Guests must treat the house and its contents with respect. Please do not leave the heating on at a high temperature.

An ideal area for relaxation and rest with a large number of paths to enjoy nature and the sea. Ideal for people who love quiet places away from the noise. The beach is a wide sandy area with fine white sand dunes, with a discreet and secluded nudist area at the back, ideal for sun worshippers.

Setting

The accommodation is surrounded by four small garden areas, where lavender and rosemary accompany and perfume the air. There are two wooden circles in the front gardens, which are exceptional vantage points from which to watch the sunset or to be tempted, due to the proximity of the beach, to take a last stroll. The round table and the outside benches invite us to share a golden finale at the end of the day.

Activities and attractions

We are in a small seaside village, in the municipality of Porto de Son, a municipality in Galicia that boasts the largest number of beaches with excellent bathing water quality. The property faces the beach das Seiras and Porto Nadelas, behind is the Serra do Barbanza, with the viewpoint of A Curota from where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view from the Rias Baixas to the Atlantic, from the beauty of the Ria de Arousa to the Natural Park of the dunes of Corrubedo.
If you decide to visit us in August, the Curota will welcome you on the magical night of the Perseids, to contemplate the rain of stars and perhaps listen to the wishes formulated in the shared silence.
