Set in a charming 'old Milan' context, an entire holiday flat consisting of a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a windowed bathroom with tub and bidet, and a hallway. The dwelling has all the charm of Milanese dwellings of the last century in the historic centre.
The recently renovated spaces are equipped with every comfort such as: independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, kettle, coffee machine and double-glazed windows.
Access is by staircase and lift.

The flat is in a condominium, so we ask you to respect the normal rules of sharing and avoid making noise after 10pm. Do not clutter the condominium access spaces and keep items inside the flat.

To use the lift, it is necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to the courtyard.
