Located in a fine Art Nouveau building, this entire flat consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchenette and sofa bed, and a windowed bathroom complete with shower and sink. The apartment has all the charm of the Milanese dwellings of the last century and the tranquillity guaranteed by overlooking internal courtyards.
The bedroom equipped with a large desk is also suitable for business travellers.
The spaces are equipped with every comfort such as: independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, security door and double-glazed windows.

The flat is in a condominium, so we ask you to respect the normal rules of sharing and avoid making noise after 10pm. Do not clutter the condominium access spaces and keep items inside the flat.

To use the elevator you must retrieve the key by following the instructions provided for check-in.

The area extending from Via Morgagni has become one of Milan's most charming and dynamic neighbourhoods. Here you can stroll in the shade of the park that stretches from Piazzale Bacone to Piazza Lavater, watching the bocce players or enjoying the outdoor ping pong tables.
Morgnagni is full of clubs and restaurants. Not far away is the famous Corso Buenos Aires, Milan's kingdom of shopping.
The central station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by metro (MM 2 green line) in just 3 stops.
In Viale Abruzzi corner Donatello you will find a Carrefour supermarket a few steps away there is a PAM supermarket in Nicola Piccinni 2. If you need a pharmacy, you will find it in Via Sansovino 1, a 2-minute walk away.
