The accommodation

Quiet and new seaside house! With garden, BBQ and parking.

It has two floors, all fully furnished and brand new. On the ground floor there is the living room, dining room, guest toilet and kitchen that opens onto the garden. And on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, another single also with private bathroom, and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The house has parquet flooring and air conditioning throughout the house with hot and cold air pump. It has private parking with charging for electric cars, and a Weber BBQ.

Setting

It is located 5 minutes from the Cabrera train station, which takes you to Barcelona in 30 minutes.

The house is very convenient because it is two blocks from the sea (and the Vilassar yacht club), and from the town where there are small shops of all kinds. You can go there on foot or by bike and forget about the car.

Activities and attractions

Beach 2 minutes away, port, quiet village, 10 minutes from Mataró and 30 minutes from Barcelona. There are many golf courses nearby with sea views, and several places for horse riding.
