Apartment for 2-4 people in Milan

The accommodation

The apartment is new, and consists of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a covered terrace.
There are 2 beds (160x200 mattress) in the bedroom and 2 beds in the sofa bed (140x190 mattress) in the living room/kitchen.
Among the main amenities: wifi, heating/cooling, coffee machine, clothesline, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator/freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and parties are also prohibited. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 22 and 8 in the morning it is forbidden to make noises that could cause annoyance to the neighbors.
The cost of final cleaning includes a normal cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is mandatory to do the recycling and leave it in order. If this rule is not respected, an extra cleaning fee will be required.

Setting

Cimiano is an absolutely safe neighborhood, very well connected to the rest of Milan, served by multiple buses/subways and an infinite number of services: bakeries, groceries, local markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, superstore and last but not least the beautiful Naviglio Martesana Park, loved by joggers, children and the elderly.
The position is strategic.
300m from the green M2 metro of Cimiano, a short distance away is the Naviglio Martesana that flows in the residential neighborhood of Crescenzago, known for the church of Santa Maria Rossa. The street is dotted with restaurants and bars, but there are also green areas such as the Lambro Park and Parco Martiri inside which is the Martesana Amphitheater that hosts concerts. The area is very well served by all kinds of activities and means of transport. Well connected for all directions.
Milano Centrale Station is just a 10 minute subway ride.
The Lambrate neighborhood, the focal point of many events during the Salone del Mobile, is located 5 minutes by subway.
Centro Storico (Garibaldi/Moscova) is only 15 minutes by subway.
Duomo is only 20 minutes by subway
Milan Linate airport is 8km away (10-15 mins by car), or by metro (45 mins).
For those who move by car: around the apartment it is not difficult to find parking spaces in the street, marked by white lines (always free). Also from the apartment you can reach the strategic junction of the Tangenziale east of Milan in a few minutes.

unattended parking is available on the street. The street is normally quiet but if necessary there are several paid parking lots with guarded and open 24 hours a day.
Recommended is the Palmanova Parking (Entrance from Via Palmanova 89), or the Quick Parking Palmanova (Via Benadir 1).
