The accommodation

El Solei is a beautiful ground floor house in a quiet, safe and sunny place with breath-taking mountain views.

It is in Puig-Surís (Porqueres), only 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa and 37 km. from magnificent Costa Brava beaches. The villa is also located 17 km. from Girona city, 30 km. from the Dalí Museum in Figueres and 1 hour from the city of Barcelona. The house is in a walking distance from shops and restaurants and a short drive from the Airport of Girona-Costa Brava (27 km.).

The accommodation is rented exclusively for a group from 10 up to 14 people, with 5 cosy bedrooms. The house is an accessible villa which is adapted for wheelchairs users. Besides, there are a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV satellite (international channels), air conditioning, central heating, fireplace and high-speed internet - wifi.

Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a tennis table, a climbing wall for children, a basketball hoop, a little wooden house for children, garden furniture, a garage for cars with a charging point for electric vehicles, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with salt water. Therefore, El Solei is a perfect family accommodation in Girona.

• A paradise for children: We have high chairs, baby beds, bed linen for baby beds, beds handrails, games and toys, fenced swimming-pool, enclosed garden, swings and a slide for children, tennis table, a wooden house with a kitchen inside, basketball, climbing wall, rackets and balls for the ping-pong table, balls for the football table and basketball...

• Bike friendly villa: Safe space to store the bicycles, information of bus schedules, bicycle workshop located 4 km. from the house for important repairs, bike rental, inflator pump, bicycle basic repair toolset, possibility of transfers and hire a guide, cycling routes & trips information in Banyoles, Girona and Costa Brava.

• Besides: There are clothesline and clothes pegs, ironing board and iron, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning and fans (in summer), a frying pan and a frying pan for outdoor cooking, 100% cotton bed linen, towels, swimming-pool towels (in summer), hair dryer, toilet paper, cleaning staff, wood for the fireplace and the barbecue, tablets for catching fire, radio-CD, first aid kit, bio-organic shower gel.

- The rooms have an intelligent system that automatically turns off the heating or air conditioning when the window is open. When the window is closed, the air conditioning system turns back on.

Recycling

- We encourage selective waste disposal with bins in the kitchen and also on the barbecue porch of the following fractions: glass, paper, plastic, organic matter and the rest.
