The accommodation

Casa Uva República Argentina 11, is a spacious 100m2 apartment, with a living room with TV and dining table for 8 people. Equipped kitchen. Balcony and terrace. It has 4 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other 3 with two single beds, all of them with a wardrobe and TV. Two bathrooms with shower. Gel/shampoo dispensers are available to guests in the bathrooms. It is equipped with sheets for all beds and towels for each of the guests.
It is a first floor and has an elevator. Everything is prepared for wheelchairs (except the access portal, which has a 2cm step)

All guests aged 14 and over will be asked to register with their personal data, according to royal decree RD933/2021 of the BOE-A-2021-17461

The apartment is located in a building with a renovated entrance and elevator. Wheelchair access is possible throughout the house.

Casa Uva Republica Argentina 11 is located in a very quiet central neighborhood, 50 meters from Gran Via Juan Carlos I street, 4 minutes walk from Laurel street and 6 minutes walk from San Juan street. On the same street there is a small regulated parking area, ideal for loading/unloading suitcases. Very close to the house there are 2 paid parking lots and a free one 15 minutes away.
