The accommodation

Welcome to “Tuscan Atlantico”, a cosy and bright top-floor one-bedroom apartment in the front-line complex Tuscan in Costa Teguise.

A large sunny terrace overlooks the pool towards the ocean. It is the perfect space to enjoy the stunning sea view while dining al fresco or simply to soak up the sun.
The apartment features a bright salon with an equipped open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and double-bedroom.

The apartment includes multi-lingual satellite-TV and WIFI ensuring connectivity and the comfort of our guests.

The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from Playa Bastian and the “King’s beach” along the ocean promenade, and 15 minutes from the centre of town.

Outside of the complex is plenty of street parking, and very nearby a bus stop for easy use of public transportation.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Parties are not allowed.
Use of the accommodation exclusively for guests who have reserved and access to unregistered persons is prohibited.

Quiet hours / reduced noise from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

The TUSCAN complex is located on the front line to the sea in Costa Teguise. It features 2 communal swimming pools and is conveniently located on the local bus route with a stop in front.
The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from Playa Bastian and the “King’s beach” along the ocean promenade, and 15 minutes from the centre of town.
The complex homes a small local supermarket for necessities and is less than 10-minute walk away from bigger shops and restaurants.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
