Casa da Horta is the perfect combination of beach and countryside, tranquillity and proximity to the centre!
A 10-minute walk from Praia do Tonel and 15 minutes from Mareta beach or Praça da República.
Ideal for lovers of nature and the outdoors!
An intimate connection with nature, in our relationship with others and with ourselves, is what we most seek to awaken and promote in ourselves, and with those we relate to.
The space
Outdoor space to relax and have your meals, with a view of the Horta (Garden)!
In spring we have loquats, and in summer delicious figs!
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living room and a kitchen.
Parking space on the street in front of the house.
Setting
This is a quiet, residential area. Even in summer, it's hard to realise that it's high season.
In Sagres you can enjoy walking, cycling and leave the car to rest.
We recommend using a car to visit other towns.
We especially like to take a short walk in the late afternoon, through a small pine forest and up to the cliffs of Tonel beach. From here, you have a beautiful view of the beach, the Sagres Fortress, the whole coastline as far as Cape St Vincent and the sunset! If you want, you can go down to the beach, especially to walk at low tide, it's marvellous!
