"Marina 16" a stylish and comfortable coastal home offering views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the African skyline overlooking a golf course and vast sea. This spacious house is perfect for relaxation and recreation, situated right next to two golf courses (overlooking one of them) and within a short walk to the beach and local amenities. 300 m from the beach, and a 8 min walk. Choice of 4 large pools with lifeguards (summer months).

**House Features**:
Four Floors with Private Elevator: Our private lift ensures easy access for all guests, including those with mobility challenges. It connects the underground parking to the attic, making it convenient to move between floors. Terrace on the attic with BBQ and seating for 8, plus a chill-out area for drinks.

The house offers 5 Serta-grade beds (1 king “zip & link” bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds) comfortably sleeping 8 guests. Each bedside offers USB charges for your convenience.

2 stylish full bathrooms (with magnifying make-up mirrors, hair driers) and a toilet on the ground floor.
