The accommodation

Casa Nanne is situated in a nice residential area. In many summers Casa Nanne has already seen a lot of satisfied guests in many summer holidays.

By car you reach two sandy beaches El Portet and the one in the centre with pedestrian zone and marina fast.

You are entering the plot through the gently inclined driveway, were 2 cars can easily park. From there you walk up only a few steps to the pool with large terrace; set at this little stairway is a shower room, very convenient, you can swim and shower without having to enter the house. Inside the house all rooms are on one level.

From the glazed terrace as well as from the living/dining room you have a nice view to the "Smugglers bay" and to the pool. Two more bathrooms enhance the comfort for 4 persons.

Next to the glazed terrace, who serves as dining room, is another terrace with awning and behind it a graveled terrace with blossoming bushes.

pool 10 x 5ms., depth: 1,20 - 1,80ms., with roman stairs; large pool terrace,

parking for 2 cars available on the enclosed plot.

Attention with toddlers, the wall at the poolside is towards the pool very low - but towards the road approx. 3m deep. It could be possible that toddlers find their way through the two bars in the wall (photo up right - view to smugglers bay - there are two bars, the lower one is hard to see on the photo).

Setting

Residential area, residential street, approx. 2.9 km to the sandy beach of Moraira, approx. 2.5 km to the picturesque sandy beach of El Portet; several beautiful bays - ideal for snorkelling - along the coastal road towards Benissa and Calpe; the marina is approx. 3.2 km away.

Moraira centre approx. 2.7 km with pedestrian zone for strolling, restaurants, shops and beach promenade. Supermarket with tapas bar approx. 1.5 km away.

A large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, doctors (international practice Asistel approx. 2.2 km) can be found in Moraira and all along the coastal road.
