The kitchen, located to the left of the hallway, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, and opens onto an inviting open space perfect for meals together. A small balcony further enriches the kitchen, offering a private outdoor space.

The bedroom, adjacent to the kitchen, is a true oasis of comfort with a large window making it bright and welcoming. It is furnished with a large white wardrobe and a double bed equipped with an under-bed storage compartment for additional storage space.
