The accommodation

The mill of approximately 400 m2 is arranged on 2 floors. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms all equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

Room of approximately 30 m2 with 3 beds, 1 queen size and an elegant sommier. Toilet with 2 separate areas, a WC and bidet area and an area with bathtub, shower and sink. Ideal room for a couple but also for 2 friends thanks to the separate bathroom areas. Air conditioning and TV.

Botanical Room
Room of approximately 25 m2 with wrought iron double bed embellished with a romantic ciel de lit. Furnished in a botanical theme with ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet. Air conditioning and TV.

On the ground floor the common areas:
A large living room furnished with fine furniture, embellished with a gigantic fireplace 2 meters high and approximately 4 meters wide. An enormous grinding wheel positioned vertically dominates the play area. The elegant dining room. A huge kitchen dominated by a convivial table that can comfortably accommodate 12 people in front of a fireplace with brazier and grill.

Outside there is a pergola with a wood-burning oven.
Romantic gazebo to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners in summer.
The swimming pool in a reserved area with sunbeds, umbrellas and shower.

Immersed in the greenery of the Sabine hills and surrounded by an uncontaminated landscape, the ancient mill sits on a valley lapped by the Aia stream which once gave energy to the powerful wheels of the mills.
The main structure dates back to 1600 and was subjected to careful recovery and restoration work in 1994 that respected the naturalistic context that hosts it.
The result is an elegant, welcoming and comfortable country residence that enjoys a secluded and silent position surrounded by a one-hectare park characterized by a coppice forest, fruit trees, romantic roses and the centuries-old mulberry trees from which the mill takes its name .
In a private position, immersed in a rose garden, there is a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
