The accommodation
Villa Reencuentro is a detached villa on two floors, with its own plot, private swimming pool, multiple terraces,... A super spacious house in the best area of Mojácar Playa. It is located 3 minutes walk from the beach, 1 kilometre from the Mojácar Commercial Park, 1.5 kilometres from the golf course of Marina de la Torre and just 5 minutes drive from shopping, leisure and restaurant areas.
The property has the following features:
- 5 bedrooms: The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another bedroom with en suite bathroom, with double bed, sofa bed and its own terrace; another bedroom with double bed; another double and another triple bedroom.
- 3 bathrooms: Two of them en suite (one on the ground floor, with double washbasin and the other upstairs, with single washbasin) and another one common to the bedrooms upstairs (with double washbasin, bathtub and shower).
- 1 toilet on the ground floor.
- Very spacious living-dining room, with 40 square metres and exit to the back porch (barbecue and outdoor dining area).
- Independent kitchen, fully equipped .
- Several terraces, front porch (at the entrance door to the interior) and solarium with sitting area, with panoramic views both to the beach and to Mojácar Old Town.
- Private swimming pool with garden and sun loungers.
- Laundry and ironing area.
Although the property does not have its own parking, there is free parking right in front of the villa.
No parties or events are allowed at Villa Reencuentro. It is not allowed in any case to include or give entrance to the property to any guest not included in the reservation.
We include chauffeur-driven vehicle services and transfers to/from the airport at an additional cost.
Setting
Tenants will have access to all the above mentioned rooms of the property. However, some rooms are closed or locked by the owner.

Very quiet, residential neighbourhood. With shopping, leisure and restaurant areas just 5 minutes away by car. Beach 300 metres away.
