The apartment must be returned in the same condition as at check-in. Otherwise, a supplement may be invoiced to the client.

House Rules.

The use of the pool will have hours of use between 10:00 and 15:00 and 17:00 and 22:00, during the months in which bathing is allowed.

It is prohibited to deposit any item in the Community hallways that hinders the passage of other neighbors, such as chairs, hammocks, floats, clotheslines, etc.

Annoying activities and especially noise production will be avoided between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next day, in order to allow all residents to rest.

Situation

The Arenales del Sol are located in the eastern area of ​​the municipality of Elche, on the coast, near the urban centers of El Altet and Balsares and within its rural areas. It is located on the Mediterranean coast, and its beaches are 4 km long; and is located 14 km from Elche and 11 km from Alicante.

History of Arenales del Sol

With almost three kilometers of fine white sand, Arenales del Sol beach is one of the most valued on the Alicante coast, both for the quality of its waters and the richness of its seabed, as well as for its embryonic dunes, mobile, semi-fixed, fixed and even fossils. In addition, it is connected to the natural area of ​​Clot de Galvany, a wetland located between the urban areas of Arenales del Sol and Gran Alacant (in the municipality of Santa Pola).
It is located 5 km from Altet International Airport and 14 km from Elche.
