The accommodation

The complex has 2 summer swimming pools, a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna, all surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and natural grass. Villa Amalia Eco is a private complex just 300 meters from the sea, 800 meters from Playa de Los Naúfragos, the closest sandy beach, and 2 Km. from center town, so you can leave your car and walk around the area for most of the time. It is a recently built modern apartment with a large sunny roof terrace, furnished for enjoying gastronomy outdoors or sun baths. It has pool views, the terrace also has a table an chairs. Having air conditioning with heat pump in every room, it is ideal to enjoy both in summer and winter. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a 150cm bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a wardrobe also has a bathroom aside with a shower and underfloor heating. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people as in the living room we have a sofa bed. Bedding is provided, also for the sofa bed, towels and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher so you can focus only on enjoying. It also has a utillity room with a washing machine.

Our complex has 2 large swimming pools ideal for swimming with 12 meters length. If you come in winter, you can also enjoy the sauna and the heated pool, which will have a temperature of 28-32 ºC and a counter current swimmer.

The urbanization is ideally located, close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. We have an Aldi Supermarket 300 meters, bars and restaurants less than 800m. From the Urbanization, straight towards the sea, we arrive in 5 minutes at a swimming area set up on the rocky coast, which is the perfect place if we want some privacy, and turning left, the Náufragos beach at 800m, one of the best sandy beaches in Torrevieja with blue flag and all services including taxi, bus (1 stop from the urbanization), lifeguard, wc, etc. In the surroundings we have a good selection of Restaurants and following the coast towards Torrevieja, after 20 minutes walking we have a whole world of services at our disposal: La Marina, with all kinds of facilities, including Water Sports and in center town with plenty of leisure areas. Close by N-332 to drive you to Zenia Boulevard or Habaneras shopping center. Bus stops at 300m to link with center town. The apartment has a small guide with recommendations about restaurants and leisure in the area to make the most of the time.
