The accommodation

Casa Amalita is an independent property of 157 square meters, which has its own private swimming pool and land in a rural setting, where you can enjoy complete privacy without having to do without all the services offered by a house in perfect condition for a full stay.

The house has the following features:
- 2 bedrooms open to each other through an arch, to give greater amplitude. Each room has a double bed and wardrobe. They have air conditioning.
- 2 bathrooms, both complete: The main one, located in the night area; and the secondary one, where the washing machine is, separated from the main rooms for the use of the swimming pool.
- Living room with two sofas, double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, air conditioning and television.
- Complete kitchen with peninsula (where the television is located), fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and kitchenware for the rooms.
- Living/dining area: with fireplace, dining table for 6 people, sofa and coffee table.
- Outdoor covered porch with terrace table and six chairs; and sitting area, with two sofas and coffee table.
- Swimming pool of 18 square metres with a maximum depth of 2 metres.
- Private parking area (up to 6 cars).
- Maximum capacity for 6 guests.

The property is perfectly accessible by car, just 100 metres from the main road (AL-6111, Carretera Mojácar-Turre), by asphalted road.

At Casa Amalita it is not expressly forbidden to hold parties or events, nor is it forbidden to keep animals during your stay. However, any damage or damage to the property for these reasons will be charged to the guests; as well as any extra cleaning or laundry costs caused by the guests for these or other reasons; deducting it from the deposit paid.

Under no circumstances is it permitted to include or give entry to the property to any guest not included in the reservation.

We include chauffeur-driven vehicle services and transfers to/from the airport at an additional cost.

Setting

Tenants will have access to all the above mentioned rooms of the property. However, some rooms are closed or locked by the owner.

Activities and attractions

Rural setting at the foot of Mojácar Pueblo, just 5 kilometres from Mojácar beach. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, with hardly any neighbours.
