Beautiful flat to enjoy, a few meters from the sea, in a second line of beach.
It is a very luminous flat, with south orientation and clear views. The communal areas of the house have two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a beautiful garden area and a multi-sports court.
On entering the house there is an entrance hall with two entrances. The first one leads to the kitchen, which is of a good size and has a separate laundry room. The other entrance leads directly to the social area, which consists of a dining room, living room and a large square terrace, which can be used and enjoyed all year round.
The sleeping area has three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The property is completed by a very convenient garage space, right next to the lift access door.
